Meet the Team

Crystal, Office Manager

Crystal has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2004. After 10 years of working in the back office she transitioned to the front office and was eventually promoted to office manager. She is currently the office manager at Coliseum Dental Concord and is well informed on all dental terminology and technology. She is able to transition smoothly from dental assisting to insurance processing to supervising day to day operations. Her caring nature and humorous attitude make patients feel comfortable and happy when in the dental chair and at the reception desk. This welcoming attitude is carried on in her personal life when spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time outdoors with her family.

Lisa, Insurance Coordinator

Lisa’s professional journey in the dental field began in 2012, where she has been an invaluable asset to various front office roles. With the merger of her previous office into Coliseum Dental Concord in 2022, Lisa seamlessly transitioned to our team, delivering exceptional care to our patients. Beyond work, Lisa finds joy in quality family time and exploring new destinations through travel.

Roger

Rogelio is a dedicated and enthusiastic dental professional with over a year of experience in the field. From the start of his journey in dentistry, he has developed a strong passion for promoting excellent dental health and helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles. Rogelio takes pride in ensuring that everyone who walks into the office leaves with a positive experience and a smile they can be proud of. He believes that building strong, trusting relationships with patients is essential, and he strives to be someone they can feel comfortable with and look forward to seeing at each visit.

Martha, Treatment & Schedule Coordinator

With over three years of experience in the dental field, Martha brings both knowledge and dedication to her role as Treatment and Schedule Coordinator. She began her career as a receptionist and worked her way up into her current position, where she now helps patients understand their treatment plans, navigate insurance, and schedule appointments that fit their needs.

One of the things Martha enjoys most about working in dentistry is learning something new every day. She especially loves seeing how advanced equipment in the office enhances patient care and improves the overall dental experience.

Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and two kids watching movies.

Martha Cristina

Martha Cristina is an emerging professional in the dental field with six months of hands-on experience. She holds an Administrative Assistant certification from Loma Vista Adult Education, where she graduated with a 98.6% average, reflecting her dedication and strong work ethic. Bilingual in English and Spanish and proud of her Peruvian heritage, Martha brings cultural awareness and effective communication skills to every environment. With a growing passion for dentistry and a solid foundation in administrative support, she is committed to providing excellent care and contributing positively to her team.

Yannah, Registered Dental Assistant

Yannah ventured into the dental field in 2017 as Registered dental assistant, with a passion for patient care and creating a welcoming, stress-free environment. She takes pride in supporting both our dental team and patients—whether it’s preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, or helping patients feel at ease every step of the way.

With a strong focus on efficiency, cleanliness, and compassion, she strives to make each visit a smooth and positive experience. She loves being part of a team that helps people smile with confidence and maintain their oral health.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with my family, being outdoors, and reading. She is proud to be part of a practice where healthy smiles start with kindness and care.

Karla, Dental Assistant

Karla is a dedicated and passionate dental assistant whose journey in dentistry began in high school, driven by a deep desire to help others. Her interest quickly grew into a calling, leading her to enroll in dental assistant school, where she recently graduated. Through her education and hands-on experience, Karla has developed a strong foundation in the field and a genuine love for dentistry that continues to grow each day.

Karla is committed to expanding her knowledge and skills, with aspirations of advancing further in the dental profession. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, dancing, and exploring nature through hiking. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic make her a valuable addition to any dental team.”

Leilani, Dental Assistant

Leilani is a dedicated dental assistant at Coliseum Dental Concord. After graduating from dental assistant school, she jumped right into the field and has been passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for ever since. With a warm personality and a strong commitment to patient care, Leilani brings both skill and heart to the dental team.

Outside of work, Leilani enjoys spending quality time with her family and caring for her eight beloved animals. She’s also a big fan of makeup and loves expressing her creativity through it.

Leeann, Dental Hygienist

Leeann began her career in the dental field in 2012 where she worked as a dental receptionist while schooling to become a dental hygienist. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Diablo Valley College in 2019 and volunteered in many children programs providing oral health education. Having experience administratively and clinically has given Leeann much knowledge in the dental office. The most important thing to Leeann about her job is having a trusting relationship with all her patients. When not working she enjoys vacationing, eating good food, exercising and spending time with her family and friends.

Larissa, Registered Dental Hygienist

Larissa embarked on her dental career in 2012 and later achieved the esteemed title of Registered Dental Hygienist in 2022. As a hygienist, Larissa has had the privilege of meeting patients and tending to their oral health needs. The most fulfilling aspect of her role is witnessing her patients’ appreciation for the care, education, and personal connection she provides. Larissa finds true gratification in assisting patients who genuinely enjoy their dental visits.

She emphasizes the importance of ensuring patient comfort, active participation, and understanding the significance of preventive care for their overall well-being. In addition to her professional pursuits, Larissa is a devoted mother to two wonderful boys who actively participate in competitive soccer. Family time holds a special place in her heart, and she also finds joy in outdoor adventures, invigorating hikes, exploring new culinary delights, and traveling to new destinations.
